A short season and a hard start

Call for emergency service — or evacuate first

If you smell gas, leave the house immediately, do not use light switches or your phone indoors, and call 911 and your gas utility's emergency line from outside. If your carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get everyone out and call 911. Do not restart the system.

Call us the same day, but do not keep running the heater, if you see a yellow or flickering burner flame, soot around the furnace, a loud bang at ignition, or if anyone in the home has unexplained headaches, dizziness, or nausea that improves when they leave the house.
